• Only the Stripe customer ID is retained for subscription management

• Test results (Heron, Ethics, Self-assessment)
• Conversation history with AI assistants
• Generated personas and editorial strategies
• Profitability calculator data

• Provide and improve our services
• Manage your user account and subscriptions
• Personalize your experience on the platform
• Process payments via Stripe

Important : Conversations with AI assistants are sent to language model providers (Anthropic/OpenAI) to generate responses. This data is not used to train their models according to their respective policies.

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

• Account data : retained for the duration of your registration, then 3 years after the last login
• Billing data : retained for 10 years in accordance with legal obligations
• Test results : retained as long as your account is active
• AI conversations : retained for 2 years, deletable at any time by the user
