Manage Students
The Students section allows you to track and manage all learners enrolled in your courses.
Overview
Student list
Access the full list via Academy > Students.
For each student, you see:
- Name and email
- Enrolled courses
- Overall progress
- Enrollment date
- Last access
Progress tracking
Per student
Click on a student to see:
- All courses they're enrolled in
- Progress in each course
- Completed lessons
- Time spent
- Passed quizzes
Per course
From a course page, access "Students" to see:
- Enrolled list
- Average progress
- Completion rate
Possible actions
Add a student manually
If a client purchased outside the platform:
- Academy > Students > + Add
- Enter the learner's email
- Select the course(s)
- The learner receives an invitation email
Reset progress
If a learner wants to start over, you can reset their progress.
Remove access
In case of issues (refund, etc.), you can remove course access.
Frequently Asked Questions
A student can't log in, what to do? Verify they're using the correct email. You can resend an access email from their profile.
