My Profile and Subscription

The Profile page centralizes all your personal information and The Coach Pilot account settings.

Accessing your profile

Click on your avatar in the top right corner, then on "My Profile".

Personal Information

Edit your information

You can modify:

• First and last name: Your identity on the platform
• Email: Login and communication address
• Profile photo: Visible in the interface

Change password

1. Click on "Change password"
2. Enter your current password
3. Enter the new password (twice)
4. Validate

Subscription Management

View your current subscription

The subscription card displays:

• Your current plan (Essential, Pro, Complete, or Lifetime)
• Renewal date
• Amount billed
• Features included

Change plan

1. Click on "Change plan"
2. Compare available offers
3. Select the new plan
4. Confirm the change

Cancel subscription

1. Click on "Manage subscription"
2. Select "Cancel"
3. Indicate the reason (optional)
4. Confirm

Your access remains active until the end of the paid period.

Delete my account

GDPR Process

In accordance with GDPR, you can request account deletion:

1. Click on "Delete my account"
2. Confirm by entering your password
3. Validate deletion

Warning: This action is irreversible. All your data will be permanently deleted.
