Uploaded Documents

Files you upload directly:

  • Word/Excel (tracking tables, templates)
  • Images (screenshots, photos)

Generated Evidence

Documents automatically created by the platform:

  • Satisfaction reports (Indicator 30)
  • Training statistics
  • Complaint history

External Links

References to online resources:

  • Your website pages
  • Shared documents (Drive, Dropbox)
  • Publications

Adding Evidence

  1. Click "+ Add evidence"
  2. Select the relevant indicator(s)
  3. Choose the type (upload, link, generated)
  4. Fill in the information
  5. Validate
