The checklist is the central tool for tracking your Qualiopi compliance. It displays all indicators from the National Quality Framework, filtered according to your profile.

Understanding the Indicators
Structure
Each indicator includes:
- Code: E.g., "1.1", "7.2"
- Title: Official description
- Criterion: Parent criterion (1 to 7)
- Evidence elements: Expected documents
- Status: Your compliance status
Applicability
Some indicators only apply based on your activity:
- Classic training
- Skills assessment
- VAE (Validation of Acquired Experience)
- Apprenticeship
- Subcontracting
- Multi-site
Managing Statuses
Possible States
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| ⚪ To do | Not processed, to be examined |
| 🟡 In progress | Work ongoing on this indicator |
| 🟢 OK | Compliant, evidence available |
Modifying a Status
- Click on the indicator
- Select the new status
- Add a comment if necessary
