Booking and Calendar
The Booking module allows you to manage your availability and offer clients the ability to book sessions directly online.
Accessing Booking
My Office > Booking in the sidebar menu.
Main Features
Event Types
Create different appointment types:
- Discovery session (free or paid)
- Coaching session (30min, 60min, 90min...)
- Skills assessment
- Flash consultation
- Any other custom type
Availability Management
Define when you're available:
- Working days: Monday to Friday, Saturday...
- Time slots: 9am-12pm, 2pm-6pm...
- Breaks: Lunch, transition time
- Exceptions: Holidays, public holidays
Booking Link
Each event type generates a unique link you can share:
- On your website
- In your emails
- On social media
- In your proposals
Creating an Event Type
1. New Type
Booking > Event Types > + New
2. Basic Information
- Name: E.g., "1h Coaching Session"
- Duration: 30, 45, 60, 90 minutes...
- Description: What the client needs to know
- Price: Free or amount to pay
3. Availability Settings
- Minimum booking notice: E.g., 24h in advance
- Maximum lead time: E.g., up to 4 weeks
- Buffer time: Break between appointments
- Maximum per day: Limit your sessions
Google Calendar Integration
Two-way Sync
Connect your Google Calendar to:
- See your other appointments: Avoid double bookings
- Auto-add: New bookings appear in your calendar
- Block slots: External appointments block availability
Setup
- Booking > Settings > Integrations
- Click "Connect Google Calendar"
- Authorize access
- Select the calendar to sync
Frequently Asked Questions
Can a client cancel their booking? Yes, if they respect your cancellation notice. A link is in the confirmation email.
How to handle no-shows? You can require payment at booking or a deposit to reduce absences.
Can I have multiple calendars? Yes, you can create multiple event types with different availabilities.
