The Groups feature allows you to sell group access to companies or organizations.

Create a group

  1. Go to Academy > Groups > + New group
  2. Configure the group (name, courses, number of seats, main contact)
  3. Generate invitations

Invitation system

  1. You create a group with X seats
  2. The system generates X unique invitation links
  3. You send these links to the company contact
  4. The company distributes the links to its employees
  5. Each employee signs up with their link

Group tracking

For each group, visualize:

  • Seats used / total
  • Average participant progress
  • Active and inactive participants

Frequently Asked Questions

Do invitation links expire? No, but you can manually deactivate them.

Can I transfer access from one person to another? Yes, revoke access from the first person and generate a new link.
