Email Sequences

Automate your follow-ups and nurturing with personalized email sequences.

Email Sequences

Email sequences allow you to automate your communications with prospects and clients. Create series of emails that send automatically according to a defined schedule.

What is a Sequence?

A sequence is a series of pre-programmed emails that send automatically:

  • At defined intervals (e.g., D+1, D+3, D+7)
  • Following a trigger (registration, action, tag)
  • Until a recipient action (reply, click, unsubscribe)

Typical Use Cases

Prospect Nurturing

Transform cold leads into hot clients:

  • D+0: Welcome email after registration
  • D+2: Share a relevant blog article
  • D+5: Inspiring client testimonial
  • D+7: Invitation to a discovery call

Client Onboarding

Support your new clients:

  • D+0: Welcome and next steps
  • D+1: Getting started guide
  • D+3: Tips for preparing the first session
  • D+7: Check-in that everything is going well

Post-Proposal Follow-up

Keep in touch after a proposal:

  • D+2: Reminder of the sent proposal
  • D+5: Share a similar testimonial
  • D+10: Open question about needs

Creating a Sequence

Step 1: Define the Objective

Before creating, clarify:

  • What is the objective of this sequence?
  • Who will receive it?
  • What action do you expect from the recipient?

Step 2: Create the Sequence

  1. Go to My Office > Sequences
  2. Click on "+ New sequence"
  3. Give it a clear name
  4. Define the trigger

Step 3: Add Emails

For each email in the sequence:

  1. Click on "+ Add email"
  2. Define the delay
  3. Write the subject and content
  4. Personalize with variables

Step 4: Configure Exit Conditions

Define when a contact exits the sequence:

  • Reply to an email
  • Click on a specific link
  • Addition of a particular tag
  • Move to a pipeline stage

Email Personalization

Available Variables
