Create a recap
- Go to My Client Portals > [Client] > Recaps
- Click "+ New recap"
- Write the content
- Choose to publish or keep private

- Write the recap right after the session
- Use the client's words
- Keep it balanced: detailed enough to be useful, short enough to be read
