Create a recap

  1. Go to My Client Portals > [Client] > Recaps
  2. Click "+ New recap"
  3. Write the content
  4. Choose to publish or keep private

Best practices

  • Write the recap right after the session
  • Use the client's words
  • Keep it balanced: detailed enough to be useful, short enough to be read
