Objective
Take a step back from your daily practice and identify:
- What worked well
- Areas for improvement
- Learnings to remember
Ritual structure
The ritual guides you through several questions:
- Quality of presence: How do you rate your presence today? (1-10)
- Significant interventions: Which interventions had the most impact?
- Emotions felt: What emotions did you experience during sessions?
- Perceived impact: How do you rate the impact of your sessions? (1-10)
- Learning notes: What did you learn today?
Duration
About 5 minutes. A short but powerful ritual!
