Create a Client Portal

This guide walks you through creating a portal for your client.

Prerequisites

Before creating a portal, make sure:

  • The client exists in your CRM (My Office > CRM)
  • You've defined the coaching type (if you want to use a template)

Creation steps

1. Access the client profile

In "My Client Portals", click on the relevant client.

2. Create the portal

Click on "Create portal" or "New portal".

3. Configure the journey

Two options:

  • Start from a template: Select an existing model
  • Create from scratch: Define steps manually

4. Customize the steps

For each step of the journey:

  • Step title
  • Description (what the client will see)
  • Content blocks (videos, texts, exercises...)
  • Associated questionnaires (optional)

5. Activate and share

Once the journey is configured:

  1. Activate the portal
  2. Copy the connection link
  3. Send it to your client

Does my client need to create an account? Yes, on first login they create a simple account (email + password).

Can I modify the journey after sharing it? Yes, you can modify, add or reorganize steps at any time.
