The Sessions & Calendar module allows you to manage all your coaching appointments, define your availability and keep a complete history of your sessions.

- Schedule sessions with your clients

Calendar
Calendar View
The calendar displays all your sessions:
- Month view: Global vision of the month
- Week view: Week detail
- Day view: Detailed daily planning
- Agenda view: Chronological list of upcoming sessions
Color Coding
Sessions are colored by status:
- 🟢 Green: Confirmed session
- 🟡 Yellow: Awaiting confirmation
- 🔴 Red: Cancelled
- ⚪ Gray: Past
Creating a Session
Quick Method
- Double-click on a slot in the calendar
- Select the client
- Adjust duration if needed
- Save
Complete Method
- Click on "+ New session"
- Fill in the information:
- Client: Select from your CRM
- Date and time: Choose the slot
- Duration: 30min, 1h, 1h30, 2h or custom
- Type: In-person, video, phone
- Location/Link: Address or video link
- Preparation notes: What you want to prepare
Session Notes
Before the Session
Add preparation notes:
- Points to address
- Follow-up from previous session
- Questions to ask
After the Session
Complete the report:
- Key points discussed
- Client realizations
- Decided actions
- Points for next time
Availability
Define Your Slots
- Go to Settings > Availability
- Configure your time slots per day
- Set your default session duration
- Add breaks if needed
Best Practices
Prepare Each Session
5-10 minutes before:
- Review notes from the last session
- Check the client's objectives
- Prepare your opening questions
Document Systematically
After each session, note key points and decided actions.
Manage Cancellations Proactively
- Define a clear cancellation policy
- Quickly offer a new slot
- Track your cancellation rate
