Tasks allow you to assign actions to your clients between sessions.
Why use tasks?
Commitment
Written tasks create stronger commitment than verbal agreements.
Tracking
Easily visualize what has been done or not.
Accountability
The client is an active participant in their development.
Create a task
- Go to My Client Portals > [Client] > Tasks
- Click "+ New task"
- Define the task with title, description, deadline, and priority
Task tracking
Statuses
- To do: Task assigned, not started
- In progress: Client is working on it
- Done: Task completed
Best practices
Use SMART tasks: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound.
