Create a task

  1. Go to My Client Portals > [Client] > Tasks
  2. Click "+ New task"
  3. Define the task with title, description, deadline, and priority

Task tracking

Statuses

  • To do: Task assigned, not started
  • In progress: Client is working on it
  • Done: Task completed

Use SMART tasks: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound.
