By Status

  • Prospect: Not yet a client
  • Active client: In coaching

Creating and Managing Tags

Create a New Tag

  1. Go to Settings > Tags
  2. Click on "+ New tag"
  3. Enter the tag name
  4. Choose a color (optional)
  5. Save

Assign a Tag to a Contact

  1. Open the contact's profile
  2. In the Tags section, click "+"
  3. Select or search for the tag

Filter by Tags

In the contact list:

  1. Click on the "Tags" filter
  2. Select one or more tags
  3. The list shows only matching contacts

Best Practices

Keep a Simple System

  • Don't create too many tags (15-20 maximum)
  • Use clear and consistent names
  • Avoid duplicates or variations

Review Regularly

  • Delete unused tags
  • Merge similar tags
  • Update obsolete tags
