The invoicing module lets you create compliant quotes, invoices, credit notes and recurring invoices. PDF export, Stripe payment links and complete billing cycle management.

Initial setup

  1. Go to Invoicing > Settings
  2. Fill in business profile (company name, IDs, address, VAT, logo, bank details)
  3. Configure default payment terms and quote validity

Create a quote

  1. Invoicing > Quotes > New Quote
  2. Select or enter the client
  3. Add line items (description, quantity, unit, price excl. tax, VAT rate)
  4. Save (draft) or Finalize and send

FAQ

How to convert a quote to invoice? When a quote is accepted, click 'Convert to Invoice' to automatically create the invoice.

How to edit a finalized invoice? A finalized invoice cannot be modified. Create a credit note then a new invoice.

Common issues

"Validation FAILED" → Check that all required fields are filled: client, at least one line item, dates.
